We've only had this in our home for a couple of weeks, but my wife loves the assist in getting up and down the stairs. The only negative I would mention is the seat is a little wobblily and there is a concern that this may become an issue after years of use. If it doesn't worsen, it's something that won't become an issue. Bottom line, it's making my wife's life much more enjoyable.

I was hoping for a quiet smooth ride. We have the curved system. There are more pieced together sections than I would have thought. The chair bumps quite hard over each of the sections. I went with Bruno because I thought it’d be smoother than an Acorn model we had in the past. For the price, I would have thought the pieces would fit together more seamlessly. Installers said that it’s normal but the Bruno videos of their products do not seem to be so clunky. Not very impressed so far.

Everything went according to plan. Alex was great and went above board to please us. However, the electrician didn't do a thing, he came looked, and left everything for Alex. who tried his best but could have been a little neater with the cords. Make sure that the batteries in the remotes are fresh, we've already had to change a couple.

Purchase was made for elderly mother who has mobility issues. Mother found it very user friendly. I would recommend this product for anyone needing a stairlift. We purchased the basic model, no bells and whistles on this one :) It serves its purpose to get mom up and down the stairs.
