It would be nice if the foot rest was automated on the version that I had installed. The next model up which had the foot rest automated, was much more expensive! It causes backpain to lift up the footrest.

The technician (Jacob) installed the stair lift quickly and left no evidence of even being here, except the chair for mom :) She has been here for a couple of weeks and absolutely loves that she can access the entire house with ease.

The stair lift is great. My wife and I live in a tri-level home so the VA installed two lifts in our home. They are working great and it is a great relief not having to climb those stairs. The installation was quick and efficient. Installers were friendly and explained the operation well. Gene

The installation went great. The technician explained every thing very clearly and his work was excellent. The quality of the chair seems very good we have had no issues so far. The only change I would make if I had to do it over again would be to have the track go past the last stair so that it could be parked past the stairs in the basement level to clear out the stairway if needed.

This is the 2nd chair we have had installed. The first was when my mom moved in with us in 2007. Other than minor issues it had been great. The motor went out and we needed a new one. But, since the chair was older our local company, Mobility Products and Services could not get a new one. They went over and above trying to find one for us. At the end, we had to get a new chair. The main reason was that the new chair provided a lifetime warranty on the motor and other parts. It was a no brainer to just have a new one! In fact, the price was just about the same as the original chair in 2007!! I am eternally grateful to Mobility Products and Services and our new Bruno chair. Thanks for all the years of great service !!!

The ride is very good…but the seat is not as comfortable as my last Acorn and the foot rest should be more front so my feet just sit on it without bending my legs back. There should be a moving control on both handles.
