Good communication, quick service

I’ve had several lifts and this model is great because it will charge in any position you stop in. Also like the way the lift mounts to the railing. Gives you more space on stairway and doesn’t collect dust inside. I dislike how the armrest are in the way when in raised up position. Overall a good stairlift.

We wanted the very best stairlift for our mother which is why we chose Bruno. The stairlift operates smoothly and it is very solid. It gives our family peace of mind while our mother operates it. Completely satisfied customer!

Excellent product at a reasonable price. I can’t be more pleased with this purchase

We were told that Bruno was the best. Had an Acorn previously. Bruno was installed on a curved staircase. The stairlift was a very rough ride up and down. Installers spent about 10 hours trying to fix the rough ride. Now the ride is OK down but still rough riding up. Bruno said to keep riding as it will get better with time. Have been riding for months now and still very rough. Bruno refuses to send a tech to fix/diagnose.

Great system and very easy and safe to use.

It was installed on time, and explained how to use it correctly. Good quite materials which should last fo a long time.
