The two (2) gentlemen from Alick's Home Medical were extremely friendly & helpful during/after the installation. The stairlift has been a true godsend for my husband. It enables him to be upstairs in his own bedroom & allows him to use the master bathroom.

Tim Moore was professional, informative, and knowledgeable about his competitors, and open about his feelings about how good his company’s products. His personality and his coordination between us and appreciated. He was very helpful with following up on my questions. We needed assistance in getting up our staircase. My husband researched who was rated well and we called O'Neill stairlift co. Tom O'Neill responded to our call in a timely manner and came to evaluate our situation. He suggested the stairlift that would go around the bend at the top of the stairs. He took measurements and talked about the history of stairlifts and how Bruno made their lifts. Very impressed by his explaination and even more so by how he installed the lift. The quality of the parts is shown by their strength and stability. One year later we are still very pleased with this lift and any questions we had, Tom was very helpful in answering
