Great customer service and professional installation. Made life much easier for my wife and I. We can come and go as we please without relying on some one to help. The stair lift is a blessing for getting up and down stairs with ease. Thank you BRUNO for a great product.

Mobility 101 did a great job of showing up on time and installing the product. The product works as advertised and we are pleased with that. It moves smoothly, quietly, and easily. The negative for us is that the stair configuration required the railing to be offset from the wall further than we thought it would be so it takes up quite a bit more space than we had expected. We have to be careful with our knees so they don't bang against the door facing when sitting on the chair at the top of the stairs. I wish there was a way to remedy this without tearing out the whole door opening. I think it will still work out for us but it isn't optimal.

Great service from beginning to installation. Our first contact with the site visit was informative and thorough. Installation was on time professional and training was friendly and very complete. We highly recommend this company for quality equity and personnel!

101 Mobility made the entire process such a great experience. Not only did they respond the next day, the owner had a very pleasant & professional demeanor. The installers were quick & efficient. The Bruno Elan stair lift was installed for my Mom after a life altering fall with multiple fractures. She loves its and the ride is very smooth. We are very happy with the purchase!

Great service, communication, education, installation, and product. I broke my ankle and needed this so that I could get to my bedroom downstairs.

The presentation was great. Very knowledgeable person he told me i would be able to get downstairs easily And he was right.. The installers were patient and explained everything to us so we could understand. I have had trouble getting downstairs and coming up was not much better. But now it is a breeze.

Works great. Easy to use and Stairlift Medics owner and installer Doug Kober did a great job and explained how to use the lifts and if any trouble to call him and he would come and take care of the problem
