We chose this mainly because the price was better as good as their competitors but the sales people for Bruno (Lifeway Mobility) were prompt in returning my calls. They answered all my questions and followed up on the installation scheduling. The installation was scheduled at my convenience. It was installed quickly and with top quality. The operation of the unit was explained and demonstrated thoroughly. We're very happy with the chair lift.

The beeping alerts a second user that the chair is turned at the top landing; however, your dealer can disable that feature and easily switch it from "multi-user" to "single-user" mode to stop it from beeping when turned. Great to hear it is working well for you!
I needed a stairlift for my husband who was being discharged from the hospital. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Quick response time and they kept in touch through the whole transaction.
