The installer was very good, but the next day we found a screw that came out.We called support and ,as yet, we have not received a call back. This is not acceptable.

When I contacted MITS about installing s stair lift I was contacted asap and when they came to measure and tell me what would be done it made my wife and I ready to talk after they left. We ordered the lift that evening and it was installed within a few days. The operation of the unit was discused and so we felt ready the day it was installed and have been using it ever since.

We purchased 2 Bruno stairlifts back in September of 2024. Overall, it's a very effective system. We have a safety concern that we believe needs to be addressed, we had the distributor that sold and installed the product out, and they agreed there was an issue, but at that point, they said they were not able to correct the problem. We've called the company and left numerous messages, yet no callback. Based on the lack of response we also have written the Better Business Bureau hoping that they will be able to get some type of response back from Bruno, but no response via this method either. You would think a company would take safety concerns very seriously, but Bruno does not! What I find interesting is that either the company is too busy with other complaints or concerns, they don't return calls, or they just don't care. Either one of those models is very concerning, and at this point, I would not recommend a Bruno system to anyone because what you need is service. If this is what they consider to be service, particularly in an issue that I believe is a safety concern, I would hope they would call you back immediately. A company is only as good as its follow-up; at this point, Bruno gets an F.

It was installd very quickly and on time. Everything was explained on use . The man that put it in explained how the chair works so I could understand. I love my chair and its so much safer going up & down the stairs.
