Worst customer service. Extremely slow delivery for simple filters. This is considering you pay a premium for shipping as well. Agents are bullies on the phone and provide zero support. Just overall rude and frustrating service. Better off ordering from Amazon or avoid them altogether.

I bought a bidet from Brondell November 2021. It is still performing well. I recommend their products very highly. I miss my bidet when I am traveling.

Electric seat worked for 1.5 years. Poor quality and will never buy again. No help from Brondell as it was 6 months over the warranty. Poor service.

I had this less than a year, still under warranty and it began to malfunction. It was installed after I had very extensive back surgery and I am still in recovery. After putting me through multiple instructions that didn’t resolve the problem, they determined they would provide free repair and shipping costs which would entail: removing bidet, putting firmer seat on, finding just right size box to ship, wait for repair. Presuming all that went well: would require removing former toilet seat and installing repaired bidet. Maybe for some people this would be okay but we are older, not savvy about these kind of efforts to install. We had paid a plumber to install it the first time. They wrote these very empathic emails to me as though empathy was all customer service involved. All their expectations of the customer gives the impression that the intent is to discourage the customer in order to be free from having to provide customer service.

According to online reviews Brondell customer service has received low ratings, with many customers expressing dissatisfaction regarding their support experiences. I have tried to obtain customer service from Brondell. A customer service representative identified online as “ Japhet Constancio Pameron (Brondell)”, has repeatedly requested that I perform various tests especially with the remote provided with model CL2200. After performing the tests to no avail, Brondell sends a request to repeat a test previously requested. This process continues with no resolution. There is no reply to my requests for a warranty replacement of two remotes. It appears Brondell just delays responses using evasive tactics. Brondell reportedly charges more to ship a warranty replacement than the cost new.

I bought the Swash S1400 luxury bidet toilet seat at Home Depot, Quebec City, Canada. After 18 months, remote functions didn't respond. When I called Brondell they said I'd have to ship it to Californian for repairs at my cost and they'd charge only 50% of repair cost. I didn't trust them or the product to be worth the cost so was never repaired. This all happened 3 years ago and I still sit on the useless, non functioning bidet.

Bought my bidet in 2023. I paid almost 300 for it. I just had an issue with the warm water part on the seat. I contacted the company and customer service. They were rude and no help. They wanted to charge almost 200 dollars to have me send it back and fix it. A good company will take care of their customers. I will never purchase nor recommend their product again. I work for a company that sells their product. I will not have people by it.

Don't purchase a seat from them! Based on there measurements and customer service it was supposed to fit but didn't. I returned it and was charged a $27.77 shipping fee.
