Good product but...
I like the product but did have some issues with customer service supposedly being very busy but their online customer support can be trying at times. Mostly had to call in as their support is not very clear or timely

I have not used the product long enough…
I have not used the product long enough to fully understand the impact but the first few showers have had great water pressure and my skin and hair feel a lot softer. Looking forward to seeing what this product does over the next 6 to 12 months.

Very good service overall
Very good service overall. My only issue was with the replacement product description. When ordering, I thought I was purchasing a seat and lid combo. I only received a lid. We needed the seat more…the finish faded/spotted within the first two years…cosmetically, it looks bad. What is the proper count of action here?

Good bidet seat at reasonable price
Good bidet seat at reasonable price. Easy self-installation with stainless steel T-elbow and spray nozzle. In-line filter interfaced with the parts (we have hard water). Only wish it has more water pressure.

Problem is that the seat lid broke…
Problem is that the seat lid broke while seated. Connection completely broke off ... seems a design flaw. Great that the replacement part arrived quickly and was easy to install. Shipping was quite costly ... over $25 in the US. But waived when bought another item that itself is rather costly.
