The bidet is defective after only a couple of years. Then someone told me to send the bidet back or buy another remote, so I bought another remote. It wasn't the remote, it was the bidet. When I called back I talked to a technician, he told me how to test the remote and said it was the bidet that was not receiving the signal. All of which would have been avoided if I was able to talk to the technician in the first place. I am still dealing with this month's later. Thanks for your interest!

Here's a review you can post:
Here's a review you can post: "I bought the Brondell SE600 and within a few days it started malfunctioning. For the price, I expected way better reliability than this. It's incredibly frustrating to install a product like this only to have it fail almost immediately — especially when you're counting on it working every day. A product at this price point should not be failing within the first week, period.
