Lowest price on the west coast for the unit i wanted. Others not even close. Smooth transaction. Great Salesman who was not pushy at all. This dealer moves some units!!!!! I questioned the $150 Doc fee to try and get it waived. ($150 for paperwork?????) however i was saving $4500 from the closest price. I didn't care! Would definitely buy from again. Worth the 3.5 HR drive from Vancouver. I have already recommended to friends.

We had a good experience from beginning to end. We contacted Broadmoor RV Superstore initially by email. Our email was quickly responded too and we traveled to Pasco soon after to meet with Steve Vandermate. We had a specific trailer in mind. We sat down to write up the deal, but first Steve checked to make sure our vehicle could tow it. It turned out that it couldn't. So then I asked to look at other items and after an hour of looking at more trailers, and narrowing down our desires, we went home to consider our choices and look for a bigger pickup. We left feeling that Steve had heard what we needed and how we would use the trailer. We looked online to compare models. Broadmoor's prices were extremely competitive. We went back, picked our trailer, and wrote up the paperwork. We returned a few days later to pick up the trailer. Our only hiccup was when we took the trailer to the local DMV, we found that Broadmoor had neglected to give us an essential item, MCO - Manufacturing Certificate of Origin. We live in Oregon, not Washington. We drove from Pasco to The Dalles DMV to get our title. We had a 10 day trip permit. We would have appreciated knowing that we needed the MCO and it would take a week to get it to the DMV. It was very stressful thinking we might not get our title in time for our family camping trip. Broadmoor was very good about calling us when they put the MCO in the mail, certified, so we could relax. When we picked up the trailer, we received a detailed walk through. It was helpful. The only item we didn't "test" was the screen door. It didn't reach the door jam and with our wind, it didn't stay closed. We would definitely recommend BroadmoorRV Superstore.

Sales person was trying to juggle at least 4 other clients while trying to assist us, made us feel like we werent a priority no matter how many times they said we were.Tried to call 3 times regarding if repairs were done before walk thru, received irritated tones and heavy sighs over phone with promises someone would call back and they never did with each call we made. Need to educate your staff on how to be professional no matter how irritated and bothered they feel.

Great customer service throughout the process. This is the second RV we've bought from Broadmoor.

Excellent selection of trailers w decent prices. Resolved most items prior to pick up. Need a bit more work in orientation IMHO, a checklist of topics would b nice especially for newbies. Overall, pretty happy with how it all went.

I know it’s a dealership, but they lied consistently to me during the negotiations. They(Marta and the sales manager) told me they were “all in, done, we won’t sell the unit any cheaper than advertised”. Then when I basically walked away, the finance manager called me and said they’d do the deal at a lower cost. I really can’t stand being lied to like that. Not an honest business. At least as far as the sales are concerned. With camping world taking over across the freeway, they better get their act fixed or they’ll be out of business in no time.
