In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

Making sure our guests are comfortable with the RV they choose is extremely important. It sounds like all you questions were answered during your walk through. If not, please do not hesitate to call.
Upfront, knowledgeable, and friendly. My only con would be pricing of items that could be added seem to be more expensive than other places.

Your honest review is welcomed. We hope you are able to enjoy your RV for years to come.
My husband and I walked into your location, not knowing what to expect and was greeted very professional and was approached by a sales rep named Angel. She had a great smile and asked how she could help, we explained we were wanting an r.pod and told her of our concerns and took us out to see what she could do. We told her we saw advertised that they had an r.pod and without a song and dance she took us right to it. She was versed in the knowledge and was very helpful. We bought it on the spot ! She was very helpful working us through the finances and met our needs. Whatever we wanted she was right on to make sure we got it. No matter how big or small she gave us straight forward answers. Angel is for sure the sale rep that takes care of you and she has made our buying a wonderful experience. Thank you and would not hesitate to recommend your business and Angel.

What a great story! This is exactly what we want all of our guests to experience. Thank you for stating it so perfectly and for the glowing review. Rest assured that if you have questions in the future Angel and our staff will be here to help.
Pleased with the process from start to finish. From the knowledgeable sales, financing, and finally to the walkthrough at the end. All of our questions were answered in a thorough manner and everyone took the time to go above and beyond. We asked a lot of questions and they were all answered which is exceptional in comparison to our other experiences. Keep up the good work everyone.

Hope you are out enjoying the new RV. Please do not hesitate to call if you ever have any questions.
I recently purchased a Jayco Whitehawk 32RL from Broadmoor RV. I did a lot of research prior to my purchase and knew exactly what we wanted. We are very satisfied with our purchase and enjoy the unit . The only negative was during the walkthrough, I discovered that the front windshield was cracked. A new windshield has been ordered. Overall our experience has been positive.

Please don't let the cracked windshield prevent you from using your White Hawk until the new one arrives. We appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear that all other aspects of the purchase were enjoyable.
