Overall my experience with Brilliant POS has been great. I tried to be very objective about them, but couldn't come up with a negative about this system. I asked a lot of questions, before I purchased, and if my rep. didn't have the answer, he found it within minutes. We are a seasonal business and they have met all our needs, including a dormancy period. Everyone I have had contact with has been polite and professional and normally perform task quicker then the quoted time. We have found Brilliant easier to use then our previous system.
