Sells fraudulent cards, fights chargebacks
I ordered a gift card for Chewy but they sent out a fraudulent gift card. I had to file a chargeback on my card to get the money back. After contacting them, they did not respond for days until after I filed a chargeback. When I had asked for a refund, they replied with only "😊." Literally. Just a smiley face. Because they had sent a fraudulent gift card and took so long to respond, I missed out on the sale that the website had. As a disabled veteran on a strict budget, that is a big deal. Especially since the item I wanted to get my service dog went out of stock before the gift card situation could be resolved (note: it still isn't). Avoid Arbitrage Card and use one of the thousands of others of gift-card resellers like GCX, CardCash, GiftCardGranny, etc. Also, if you value your security, you probably want to avoid them too. They require you to send them a copy of a drivers license. I have seen this before on another gift card site, I assume it's to track fraud and such, but still weird.
