Hi Hector, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry that our identity verification requirements caused frustration or uncertainty. At Arbitragecard, identity verification is used as a security measure to help prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions. We also want to clarify that our Privacy Policy does not state that identity information is retained or shared indefinitely. Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required or permitted by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. When third-party service providers assist with verification or fraud-prevention services, the information shared with them is limited to what is necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf. We fully respect your decision regarding your account, and your request to close it and process the deletion of your personal information has been handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We hope this provides some helpful clarification. Warm regards, The Arbitragecard Team

Hi Cory, We’re very sorry to hear about your negative experience and understand how concerning this situation must feel. Please rest assured that ArbitrageCard is a fully legitimate business, and protecting customer information is one of our highest priorities. Your personal data — including ID verification details — is handled securely in compliance with strict banking, KYC (Know Your Customer), and anti–money laundering regulations. ID verification is a standard and mandatory step for all new customers to ensure platform security and prevent fraud. While most verifications are completed instantly, in some particular cases — like yours — our system may require an additional manual review before the order can be processed. This is part of our enhanced security measures designed to protect both our users and our platform. We want to clarify that under no circumstances is your information ever shared, sold, or used outside of our verification process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused, and we’d be happy to review your case directly to provide more clarity. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] , and our support team will assist you right away. Warm regards, The ArbitrageCard Team

Hi Tina, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with ArbitrageCard and we completely understand your frustration and concern. Normally, verification is completed instantly when there are no issues. However, if our security system triggers an alert, we’re required to conduct a manual review. Recently, we’ve had a higher volume of these requests, which unfortunately caused a delay in your case. In your specific situation, the verification could not be completed because the document provided appeared to be a copy rather than a photo of your original government-issued ID. For compliance with banking requirements, KYC (Know Your Customer), and anti–money laundering regulations, we are only able to accept clear photos or scans of the original ID. We hope this explanation helps, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. At ArbitrageCard, customer security is our top priority, and we take these situations very seriously. If you ever need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly — we’ll be glad to help. – The ArbitrageCard Team

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Just to clarify, ID verification is a required part of our checkout process. In most cases it's approved automatically, but sometimes our fraud prevention system may detect additional risk signals which can cause transactions to be declined. Currently we are unable to find the name listed on your review within our system in order to determine what caused this particular purchase to be declined. We encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success team at [email protected], and we’d be more than happy to look into the issue and get it resolved as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and want to assure you that your information is fully secure with us. Thank you again for your feedback. – The ArbitrageCard Team

Hi Matan, We take customer issues extremely seriously, but we’re disappointed to see this review, especially since it omits critical facts and misrepresents the situation. Here is a brief "TL;DR" style summary of the primary points: 1. The cards were verified by our team to be valid at the time of sale (June 8) and were even partially used by you, only after which they were blocked by Home Depot, which we confirmed by contacting Home Depot directly to obtain the redemption history of the cards. This indicates that the issue most likely did not stem from the cards inherently or any error from our end. 2. We spent weeks assisting you with this — even though payment was excessively delayed and we did not receive communication from you for nearly a week at one point. 3. Ultimately you are not out any money from this transaction since your original payment failed and payment for these cards was never sent via another method. ArbitrageCard absorbed the full $4,140 loss from this group of Home Depot gift cards. Here is a broader description of the situation with more comprehensive detail: You placed an order for $10,000 Home Depot gift cards on June 8th which were valid at the time of delivery. All of these cards were successfully used by you before Home Depot later blocked some of them — something outside of our control and something that can happen if Home Depot flags activity from a particular IP, account, or shipping address. Despite this, we invested significant time contacting Home Depot in an effort to help you resolve the $4,500 of cards which were blocked. At no point did we “do nothing” — we communicated consistently, escalated the case with Home Depot, and followed up multiple times on your behalf. Even at this time we are still continuing to work on resolving these cards. Meanwhile, your original ACH payment through our website failed on June 10 (2 days after your purchase). Since then, we experienced poor response times from you (including a six-day gap in communication from July 1 to July 7), and it took a total of 33 days (on July 14) for us to receive payment for the remaining $5,500 in cards from the same purchase which were NOT blocked by Home Depot — all while we were still assisting you in good faith. Upon initiating the aforementioned partial payment, you requested to purchase an additional $10,000 of Home Depot cards from us on July 11. However, in light of the repeated issues with payment and communication, and no resolution on the blocked cards — which again, were valid when sold and only later flagged — we declined the sale and made the difficult decision to end our business relationship with you. Although we decided to no longer conduct business with you, this did not cause any financial damage to you since we never received payment for the blocked cards. You remained financially whole while ArbitrageCard incurred a loss of $4,140. We’re proud of how we handle support and stand behind our history of strong service with hundreds of other customers. This review unfortunately does not reflect the full story, and we believe that it ultimately stems from your frustration at our decision to no longer conduct business with you, rather than an actual failure on our part to handle this situation properly. - The ArbitrageCard Team

Hi Troy, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the ID verification process. I’d like to clarify a few details to help explain what happened and how we’re working to improve. You placed your order on Saturday, May 3rd, and we’re happy to see that your gift card was delivered successfully without issue. Because it was your first purchase, a manual ID verification was required as part of our fraud prevention protocols. This is standard for new customers and is clearly noted on our website and in our checkout process. Since the order came in over the weekend, our team sent you the verification link on Monday, May 5th, which falls within our stated 48-hour verification window. As soon as you completed the process, your account was verified and approved immediately. We understand that waiting for verification can be frustrating, and we’re actively working to streamline this process to make it as fast and transparent as possible. That said, we believe taking this extra step is critical to protecting both our customers and our platform from fraudulent activity. We fully acknowledge that it is our responsibility to ensure an excellent experience for all of our users, and that whenever that goal is not met, we need to make it right. To compensate for the inconvenience, we’ve emailed you a $100 coupon code for a future gift card purchase. We appreciate your feedback, as we hold an incredibly high standard for ourselves and are always looking to improve. If you have any other questions, we’re here to help. Warm regards,

Hi Keyerra, I’m very sorry that you had a negative experience on our website, and I’d like to share some feedback: You placed your order on Sunday, December 29, at 12:43 a.m., and since it was your first order, we had to manually verify your account to prevent fraud. In our industry, fraud is a significant concern, which is why we’ve historically reviewed first-time orders manually. This approach helps protect our customers and our company. Typically, after verifying a new customer’s first order, we approve the account so future gift card purchases are delivered immediately without delay. While our system usually verifies these transactions automatically for recurring customers, this process can take up to 24 hours for initial orders. We understand this caused a delay in delivering your card, which was clearly not ideal. However, once the verification was completed, your order was sent the same day. As we mentioned in our previous messages, all your future purchases will be processed and delivered immediately. We regret that you had difficulties reaching us. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), with reduced hours on weekends. Our contact emails are: [email protected] or [email protected]. We ensure to provide a response as soon as possible. We fully acknowledge that it is our responsibility to ensure an excellent experience for all of our users, and that whenever that goal is not met, we need to make it right. To compensate for the inconvenience, we’ve emailed you a $100 coupon code for a future gift card purchase. We greatly value your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve our service. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help. Regards,
