ProofreadingServices.comReviews of proofreadingservices.com

We had done deep editing and proofreading in-house, so we needed a fresh set of eyes for a final proofread. The proofreader did an excellent job, found some more errors, and even went the extra mile with some editing ideas they found along the way. We would definitely use the service again.

The process was very smooth and easy, and the feedback I received was thorough and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend their services.

Working with Luke and his team has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. They supported the final stages of my Growth Curriculum project, including proofreading, editing, and complete document formatting. Every step was handled with professionalism, precision, and genuine care. The transformation of my materials was remarkable. What began as solid content became a cohesive, professionally formatted curriculum ready for presentation and licensing. The team standardized fonts, spacing, headings, and layout across multiple documents, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The finished product truly exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the entire process felt collaborative and supportive. I am deeply grateful for the quality of work and the integrity of the entire team. I would confidently recommend Luke and his team to anyone seeking high-level proofreading, editorial, formatting, and production support.

I got a quick turnaround on three critical documents in my faculty application package, all with concise and helpful edits that sharpened their focus. Very pleased, would recommend highly.

With Proofreadingservices.com, I got more than just lucky. The amendments to the text showed someone who was well versed in this particular type of text (e.g. research statement, letter of motivation etc.) and who also explained to me, using the comment function, why the changes were deemed to be necessary, and in which instances I could employ my initial phrasing. Further, the proofreader supported me in making changes that resulted in complying with the word count and suggesting synonyms where I ran out of ideas. Also, they brought issues to my attention that weren’t even on my radar in regards to my readership and their (im)possibility to access links. I was really amazed by their work and considered extremely helpful! I was time pressed when came across ProofreadingServices.com. When I am looking for proofreading to be done on my texts, I search for services that can attend to the time sensitive nature of my work, but more importantly, I am searching for someone who’s not just skimming through and keeps polishing the surface. I've tried a few of the larger services, but this one delivered on every account! Recommend!

I have been using ProofreadingServices.com for many years and and I greatly appreciate this service. The editing of scientific texts, which is not always easy, is handled very competently. The corrections are of excellent quality in terms of grammar, word choice and readability. Additional helpful comments and suggestions are also provided. The service is fast, reliable and always on time within the specified time frame, sometimes even earlier. Communication has always been perfect. The costs are absolutely fair and there is a good price/performance ratio. I have always recommended the service to friends and colleagues.

I am doing my second masters and currently my dissertation. I have used the services of ProofreadingServices throughout. I have found them professional, supportive, helpful and very responsive. I would (and have) highly recommended them to others to also utilize their services. Thanks again Luke, Pascal and all the others who have been so great with me! Wendy

I recently used the 36-hour proofreading & editing service, and I am very impressed with the experience. The team delivered the work not only promptly but also to a high standard. They carefully corrected grammar and syntax issues, and even identified subtle formatting details like extra spaces. What stood out most was their understanding of my research area, as they provided a few valuable suggestions based on that insight. Compared with AI-based editing tools, this service offers much better value for money through its contextual understanding and researcher-aware feedback. Excellent work—thank you!
