I have 11 jigsaw puzzles from Braintree and have ordered five more. I am totally addicted to them. What I really like is the trays given with each puzzle - I find them so useful to separate the pieces colour wise. There is also an accompanying picture.

It took me and my dad three days to complete the puzzle. Absolutely loved it. The print on the puzzle is so clear and detailed. Quality is so good.

In my 35+ years of puzzle making I have not come across a puzzle in such a bad condition. Almost 70-80 pieces were peeling off... Couple of pieces were completely peeled off (cardboard and image were seperate!). Others were in very bad condition. Spent more than a couple of hours with my son to glue the pieces back to the cardboard. Very disappointed

We are very sorry for this experience , Could you please let us know the batch number on an email to [email protected] as this is the first complaint saying so. We would like to replace the puzzle with any new puzzle of your choice if we have a look at the problem on an email. Hope to serve you better in every way . Kindly share us your thoughts
Just finished Dots. A great puzzle, lots of fun to figure out. Just when I would get frustrated I'd get the hang of the next pattern I needed to find. The puzzle comes with 4 boxes to hold pieces and a great poster. Everything you need to have a good puzzle experience.
