Dar Customer, Thank you for contacting us, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We completely understand your surprise regarding the payment step required at the end of the assessment. We would like to clarify that while completing the initial cognitive test is free of charge, compiling, processing, and generating the detailed IQ score analysis, performance breakdowns across specific cognitive domains, and downloadable report requires a small fee. This fee, along with all pricing details and ongoing service terms, is outlined on the final checkout page prior to entering any payment information. If you have completed the test and have questions about your score, or if you need assistance with an existing account or transaction, please write to us directly at [email protected] with your email address so our team can assist you. Best regards, Customer Support Team BrainsMate

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the process straightforward to navigate. Appreciate your support and hope to see you again! Best regards, Customer Support Team BrainsMate
You do their test and then they ask for usd1.99 to get your results. When you pay this, somewhere in the fine print tjey grab permission to subscribe you at usd60 per month. No invoice is provided until your account has been hit 2 weeks later. Their website then tells you that they have a no refunds policy. They also do not have an unsubscribe button. In every legitimate transaction you receive an amount to pay and you pay it without looking at the fine print too much. On contacting the company there was no delay in getting a full refund so thankyou Brainsmate.
