I dont even have time to see my results and already other windows pop up so i cant see my results

Review: I signed up for the $1 trial without realizing it would automatically renew for $39.99. A $39.99 payment was later attempted on my card, but thankfully it was declined. I have contacted BrainsMate support requesting the immediate cancellation of my subscription, but I have not received a response yet. There is also no option to cancel the subscription directly through my account settings. I need my subscription to be canceled immediately and confirmation that no further payment attempts will be made to my card. Please respond to my request and confirm that my subscription has been canceled.

Although the test is good, and the idea to charge 1 dollar is also fine. But nowhere it was mentioned about this hidden subscription fees that i am getting charged for. Feels cheated.

I like the test, the payment is the problem, subscription in particular. The subscripiton cancel is sketchy. I sent an email after i paid for a 1€ seven day free trial. After reading some reviews im scared that i will be charged more than the 1€ I paid. I would like to request the Brainsmate team to cancel my subscription and not charge anything in the future, except for this 1€ I have paid. I would kindly advise the site to make subscription canceling easier. Kind regards, AM
