I received all of my products before I got my confirmation of shipping. How's that for service? Granted I also feel that this was a rare occurance but it goes to show you how they view the importance of their customers. Keep it up BPI

I made a purchase Oct 14 to be delivered and have not rec'd it. I notified BPI by email and I have not heard any thing.
