Fast delivery, very satisfied with how easy the website is to use and understand.

Ordered the Sour Candy BCAA and the Salted Caramel Protein Powder and both products are awesome! The taste is great, and the protein is easy to mix with water and in my coffee! Will continue to order more of their products!

Best tasting Aminos yet and as usual with all other BPI BCAA's reduced soreness and improved performance.

Great service and good quality products

I received an email stating that my order was shipped 10/25/16. It is now 11/8/16 and I have not yet received my order. I contacted UPS for an update on my package and they stated that I must contact BPI for an update. I've contacted BPI multiple times through email off their contact spot on webpage. I emailed them for an update on what the order status is and when to expect my order. I have yet to receive a response or my purchased product.

I recently reached out. To inform them that an items I order was the incorrect size. I received one email back asking for the order number. I returned the email but have yet to hear back from them on how they plan to correct the issue. Am very disappointed in the BPI customer service people. This level of service has me wanting to look at buying there product from in outside source rather then directly from them.

I love BPI. All of the supplements are wonderful!!
