Love Kevin Mayes. He's the realest G. Give him a raise and make him the black Arnold swartzenager! Kevin Mayes for Mr. Universe, and then governor in 2036!

I haven't received my order yet, but I have tried some samples that were provided to me and I love the product. All flavors are amazing and I can already tell the difference in how I feel after using the protein powder. My recommendation is to provide a "Mix & Match" option for protein powder flavors, price point to be in the middle of the 1.6lbs and the 5lbs option. Or even have a 3 flavor - 2lbs option for mix and match flavors so a customer can get more variety of tastes in their purchase which could cost slightly more than the larger option. I ordered the 5lb option of one flavor because ordering 2 of the smaller 1.6lbs flavors wasn't as cost effective as the larger quantity. I hope you take my recommendation into consideration, as I will continue to be a customer for many years to come.

Quality of products is very good. Just had a minor friction with customer service but everything was resolved.

Best service hands down compared to other supplement companies!

I like all of our products, they work well

I placed an order for two items 15 days ago (10/21/16) and just this week I received one item but unfortunately for me it was NOT what I ordered so the wrong thing was shipped to me. The other item I ordered was protein and so far I'm still waiting on that. I sent an email trying to get someone to help me with these issues and I waited a couple of days but no one ever replied or tried to contact me. I then called customer service and the person I spoke with was very nice on the phone and said that they would send me a return label for me to send the wrong item back, but guess what?! I have not received that return label yet! I'm frustrated because this was my first time ordering BPI supplements and so far it has not been a good experience. Definitely not satisfied with this.

I wish i got more knowledge of the product.

Great Brand overall hands down all products are great and taste amazing. GREAT JOB !!
