BPI makes some solid supplements but this was my first time buying from them directly and probably the last. I feel I overpaid for shipping. It's been a week and I have yet to receive anything. For what I paid I would have imagined 2-3 day shipping was included. Guess not. And the waiting continues...

The protein bars are sooooo good! If you are on the run, this is the best healthy snack you can have. 20 grams of protein! Who can beat that?!

BPI sports treated me well. I ordered about 6 products from them and within 3 days they were at my house. They did not charge me for shipping and handling. The products have been working for me along with the workouts that their athletes provide in sites like YouTube. Big shoutout to James Grage he's a great trainer.
