I'd like to clarify the situation and detail the measures we've taken to resolve the issue. We became aware of the difficulties you faced during the DNS records migration following the DNS switch. It was observed that the DNS records were not correctly transferred to the new server, leading to your concern. We apologize for the issue on our end in ensuring the DNS records were accessible on the new server after the migration. Despite our engineer’s initial belief that the migration was successful, steps were missed to confirm that, which is against our norms.
