I’m already working with a search firm as I embark on my second job search within a year. I have heard much of the information before, but I join these sessions because there is always something new to learn. Specifically, send a LinkedIn request to recruiters in industries you are interested in, and keep in their radar by commenting on their posts, reposting their posts, and referring other candidates to them. Thank you for webinar. I was pleased to hear the importance of soft skills in today's environment and would concur with the importance of these in my most recent C-suite role - I have noted that I should ensure I sell mine as I proceed with my search.
