It's a good discussion and a very hot topic. The authors have spent time thinking about this. The two elements I would like to see added: 1. More time - perhaps in the form of a series of discussions. 2. Discussions - subtle aspects need dialog, and this is mostly a monolog, for good reasons.

The two takeaways that come to mind are: 1) Trust is the foundation of the relationship between the client and the candidate. 2) Communication is key in terms of being clear, concise, and consistent.
