The BlueSteps service did one great thing for me--it connected me to Simeon Wong. I hadn't done a serious job search since I started my career over 20 years ago, and the help and support Simeon provided was very instrumental in how I approached potential opportunities and how I presented myself. In the end all my job offers were from my own networking, so BlueSteps didn't add value there, but Simeon definitely did.

I like how he described things - not to fast and not to slow. He gave great examples. Improvement - He could go deeper.

Speaker was great. Moderator was poor The speaker was very knowledgeable with examples and stories that were relevant. He was prepared, fluent and made several key points that were eye opening. The moderator seemed ill prepared. Did not provide structure, was just bouncing back to the speaker without challenging or expanding topics, and did not add any real value.

Highly qualified coaches on the webinar - experienced and knowledgeable. I would have liked to see slightly less high-level advice, and dig into more practical/tactical ideas for creating a career strategy and getting traction in a job search. But overall a good piece of content.

Loved the approach to the topic and the practical tips. Was surprised but some data such as men being rewarded for the same things that women are penalized. Has some minor audio issues during the event
