Guidance was too generic. Would prefer use of live examples to provide concrete illustrations. Did not really answer the top desired outcome of session which is how to increase visibility with recruiters. Getting on recruiters' radars is biggest black box mystery next to the origins or the universe.

Simply a scam, disguised in c-level profiles and events. I was first tempted to a 1 year subscription that ended very quickly with an "exclusive" offer for a "lifetime" subscription. But guess what, suddenly the "lifetime" turns into a yearly that is expired and they ask you for an exorbitant yearly renewal amount. Not only that, you are promised exclusive access to exclusive content, which turns to be available everybody on publicly available websites. And when asking about specific geography opportunity, you are told that there aren't many available for this geography and they are only US based. You see every issue has a manipulative answer and you never get the honest truth that this is scam for those aspiring to be in the senior leadership ranks.

The site functionality was not working - you couldn't fill out 2/3 of the profile detail preventing any real use. The "coaching" is complete BS....it's just a free session for someone to try to sell you a much more expensive coaching session. The customer service was terrible - when you email them you get an automated response saying it's processing a refund which never comes. Had to dispute the charge through my bank. Not reputable, not functional, not worth it.

As an executive, I felt the service is more appropriate for managers or those interested in rising to management levels. The webinar sessions were elementary and seemed out of date with current trends. I actually felt sorry for the executive networking presenter - the title of webinar more appropriately should have been networking for beginners. Job postings are links to entry level to jr positions on Indeed! A representative did contact me and share they have a technology glitch - It seems to be a glitch for 6+ months - that seems like a long time for resolution without explanation on the site. I was surprised to be contacted by BlueSteps representative and was pleased by interest in my feedback and resolution of my inquiry. The proof will be in actions taken -
