Cameras won't connect module won't connect...the whole system is trash and a money grab...no more amazon!!!

blink are attacking your module so you have to subscribe, it will tell you your module USB is not compatible, even if you use a blink SD card. i have used compatible USD and SD card even from blink themselves, but they keep coming up with the same thing every other month,, subscription. subscription, subscription or we will change your settings...

My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite being charged three times the subscription fee due to a technical error during the payment process (€90 instead of €30 for one year), my Blink Basic subscription was canceled after only one month (from October 26 to November 19), even though I never requested this cancellation. I have spent weeks trying to resolve this issue, constantly being redirected between Blink and Amazon, with no clear resolution or refund to date. This lack of coordination and support is unacceptable, especially for a brand with Blink’s reputation.

I have had Blink cameras for some years now and it is only when you get a problem with customer services in the Philippines that you find that they are rude r condescending and they do not give you the full customer services that you deserve when especially you are paying for a service my advice now would be to stay away from Blink as the customer services is absolutely appalling. Useless product. Lithium batteries only last a few weeks. Wasted money on subscription.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY A BLINK PRODUCT. TRUST THIS REVIEW. I CALLED 3-SEPARATE TIMES TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EACH DAY AFTER SPENDING TWO FULL DAYS TRYING TO JUST GET HOOKED UP. I JUST OPENED THE WRAPPING ON THE PRODUCT AND TRYED FOR TWO DAYS A WHOLE WEEKEND FRUSTRATED. I TALKED TO EXPERTS IN THE ROUTER (NETGEAR) AND THE INTERNET (SPECTRUM) THEY ALL SAID THERE SYNC MODULE IS DEFECTIVE. I CALLED THE THIRD DAY AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD REPLACE AT LEAST THE MODULE. I WAS TOLD IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND TO GO BUY A NEW ONE. STILL HAVE THE WRAPPER JUST OPENED. UNBELIEVABLE DAVE DELAY

Batteries didn't last 5 months barely armed it. Amazon will not do anything nor will Blink. They will not replace Batteries nor will they return it. I have fiber internet never a issue Blink says it's my internet draining my battery. Do Not Buy!!!

If you are thinking of buying these cameras then don't! Very unreliable. Bought a whole set for outdoor + indoor and they only work when they want to despite being close enough to broadband rooter. 'LIVE VIEW' keeps buffering more than not. By the time you realise someone is trying to break in or whatever then it's too late. You're better off forking out more money for a more reputable / reliable brand.
