BlinkReviews of blinkforhome.com

Blink sucks dont be cheap like mespend the extra money forna better quality system, cameras constantly offline, when I call support oh you need an update, If this system needs an update every other day its garbage. The hub for the cameras dont even tell us low battery anymore it just turns off, should have got arlo or ring!

Value for cost, However, often slow to send notifications, and slow app to open the camera view on my phone, will mean that whoever was at the door has left before you can see them. Not good enough.

This company is a joke the support line does not know anything about their product and when she ran out of ideas she said its out of warrantee and we cannot provide support, despite the fact she knew nothing anyway.

Bought two cameras and before I realized how bad they were I bought five more. Their alleged Customer Service is atrocious and unacceptable. Their two year battery lasted less than two weeks. Sent replacement batteries which took two weeks and they lasted two days. Finally decided that it was the camera, promised a replacement in 7-10 days three weeks ago and yet to have it shipped. Paying or Bezos to float around on his 500 million yacht with his bimbo I guess takes all the money from CS.

Blink is horrible, I decided to upgrade to the second generation video door bell and it is absolute trash. Delayed notifications someone can ring the door bell and no notification is for up to 15 seconds, same with motion detection someone drives by and no notification until they are leaving. The video door bell constantly goes “offline” super short battery life. Hold times are horrible to speak with Customer service and they still cannot solve the issue.

Dicevano che me batteria avevano una durata di 2 anni, invece dopo neanche 2 mesi si sono scaricate. Falsi

***BUYER BEWARE*** These cameras suck! Aside from the $15 a month subscription that's locking you in the battery life sucks! Owned 45 days and already 2 cameras are low battery. The lag is like a 56k dial up modem (dinosaur era tech) when trying to view anything live! The fitment to the mount is dodgy and I'm not sure what the maker of these was actually thinking when designing these! Do NOT buy any BLINK camera products. If you do .. dont say I didn't warn you. Bunnings don't care after they sell them and I'm pretty sure Bunnings know these cameras suck also so Bunnings get zero stars for being the enabler of this garbage company selling pure junk.

Most of the tech and the app works fairly well. For some reason today the product team has released a change to the Clip List within the app making it basically unuseable. In the previous version you could see 10 or 12 clip thumbnails at a time while scrolling through. Now you can only see 2 at once. When you get a hundred or more clips in a day that is useless. At least provide a setting option to zoom in or out so you can see a useable number of clip thumbnails that suits your customers - much better than a unilateral change that makes it 5 or 6 times worse.
