Bad customer service and cameras don't work as they should

Bought a pack of 5 cameras. One wouldnt link to the Sync Module right out of the box. Said they would send me a new one. That was almost a month ago and at this point they can't even tell me when it will ship. Not a favorable first experience. However the other cameras have been working fine... so far.

Purchased Blink from Amazon I have encountered worse customer service and poor products. I have been waiting on a new Monitor for my home since 6-05-26 after trouble shooting and sending pictures was determined was not on us but product. They have rude, non sympathizing customer service I have experienced. I am still waiting on call from supervisor that's not going to happen but that's what happens on there end.. MY ADVICE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY AVOID BLINK..

Worst customer service ive ever experienced, ive reached out so many time and just got left mid conversation,or no reply, and no help.

I have had many blink camera types over the years. My final opinion………sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. As per tech support… take the batteries out put the batteries back in, yada, yada yada. Today I sit and watch cars, people go by and no motion detected on blink. Not reliable most of time. If you want a “just okay”. Then purchase.

Bought whole system. Good quality images and easy setup but sadly waste of time as Subscription bought through Amazon and linked to Blink account isn't showing me images. Spent ages using Blinkie (automated bot) still can't get to work. Phone number is not recognised and no online form or way to contact anyone. Had to cancel. Nil customer service - avoid.

Worst camera ever owned. Slow to start up with a delayed view. Requires subscription for constant live view. Battery replacement is not permitted nor can you RECHARGE A RECHARGABLE BATTERY. Do not purchase a BLINK security camera. Not reliable and lacks basic features you can afford elsewhere! Pure junk!!!!
