Ordered 12 blinds in 2021. I'm replacing my 4th one today..2024. The cords snap inside the blind and there you have it. A junk blind. Was a cheap fix to start but not so much by the time you end up replacing them.

Ordered just over a year ago and received promptly (although about 1/2 inch too narrow even after I told them EXACTLY what width I needed). Used same company so the additional shades I ordered would match the ones I had. Advertised as "made in one day" and given an estimated ship date of 2-3 days after order date. Despite repeated inquiries and requests that the order be expedited, Fed Ex tracking shows they will not be delivered until close to 2 weeks after the order date. NOT what I expected. Very poor customer service with either no response or unsatisfactory response. AND they ship from overseas - so not made in USA. Will not use again. Lastly, changed the email address on my acct and now cannot access the order! They can't seem to fix that, either.

Top notch quality, exact measurements, fast delivery and worked as intended. Very satisfied.

We purchased six cellular top down bottom up shades in 2019. They came with a limited lifetime warranty. Three of the shades broke within 3 years. A fourth recently broke. They all broke the same way. The plastic pieces in the header that hold one end of the springs snapped. The plastic seems to get fatigued after a while. It's a poor quality materials problem. The company said they will not replace this most recent blind breakage because it is past the two year replacement warranty. The first three blinds all boke after more than two years but they covered those. They said they replaced those as a courtesy but I guess they are out of courtesy. I belive the "limited" part of the limited lifetime warranty refers to their limit on willingness to abide by their warranty. The blinds failed on their own due to poor choice of material used on the plastic spring holders. We rarely even opened or closed the blinds. The windows faced a covered front porch so they were never even in direct sunlight. The failure rate on our purchase so far is 67%. I fully expect the other two to fail the same way. Buyer beware. We will not do business with this company again. We had also purchased almost $2000 in blinds for our rental properties from Blindster. Never again.

What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.

Ordering was easy. I measured carefully and their adjustment made the blinds a perfect fit. I ordered cellular blackout shades, the delivery time was about two weeks, the packaging was superior, and installation instructions quite clear. I was impressed to find that each shade is adjustable vertically with an internal screw. The click mechanism for raising and lowering works perfectly. I've only had them a week but if they hold up over time, it will be fantastic value for money.

I've ordered almost 20 blinds for 3 different places and have had the best experience. Just had painting done and painters threw away brackets for 3 windows. Chat support was great, but found the blinds made 5 years ago had been discontinued and replacements not 100% same brackets. They asked for pictures, found brackets that would work, shipped at no cost for brackets or shipping. They are the best.

Purchased 12 blinds from them. Had to reorder 1 due to my mistake. The replacement blind came not even completely assembled. Only one side would go up. Took 5 calls to get them to supposedly send me a new one. Another blind I opened 10-12 times max and the cord broke. Still no answer on that one. Customer service is patronizing and scripted. I spent $900 to replace the larger blind from a reputable company that I know will stand behind their product .
