I loved how simple the sign up was and that everything that is or isn’t covered is very clear. I feel much better knowing that my pets are covered in the event of an accident or illness.

It was easy to sign up, but I thought that I had added the preventative care also but it didn't show up in my last email from you. Can anyone help me with this?
