I sent 2 emails with questions which were never answered. I tried to find a phone number to no avail.

I have no idea how well they pay claims yet (hope I'll never find out!), but sign up was a breeze & $20 per month is extremely reasonable!

Hi Nicole, should your fur baby ever have an accident or illness and you're approved for reimbursement, you'll receive a check in the mail. We hope your fur baby stays happy and healthy, but should an issue arise, we're here for you!
I cant rate it right niw because just got it and haven't had to use it yet. But the price is great!!!
