Hi Patricia, our applications are instantly approved. You wouldn't receive an additional notice as you're immediately accepted and receive a congratulations message. Additionally, we don't use membership cards which is why you haven't received one. As a reminder, you can go to any vet with Bivvy! Finally, your first payment isn't due for 30 days after sign-up. If you signed up for automatic bank transfers, it won't happen until day 30. If you have any additional questions about your coverage, please reach out!

Hi Letia, we have waiting periods for all new cats and dogs. Our insurance is for future, unknown events, not something you sign-up for after a pet is injured or sick.
