I'm giving it 4 stars, because when adding a pet to an existing account, it requires you to put in the payment information all over again, and separately verify bank accounts from the other pet already in the system. Luckily it lists both dogs then once in my account, but the level of confidence isn't as high as it could be if the site recognized your details already. The way it makes you do it feels like you've never signed up before. Otherwise, I've already used this for my older dog, and the claim filing and reimbursement process is seamless and fast. I really appreciate that. The only suggestion I would add here is that SOMEWHERE on the reimbursement, mention this is the Bivvy Pet insurance payment. The check comes from CUNA Mutual Group and at first it's a bit "scammy." I had to call the number and ask what the check was for the first time.
