Any time I order from Birchbox I know I will be completely satisfied. Every order comes exactly as you order it. If there are issues, their support team fixes everything right away!

Do NOT give these people your credit card information. I canceled this over 60 days ago and they STILL keep charging my card. I have to file a fraud complaint with the state attorney general on Monday - nothing else seems to get these people to stop charging me

Scott, We're very sorry for any confusion here. As you requested in September, we cancelled only your men's subscription. I see that you've now been in touch with one of our specialists and we were able to immediately take care of cancelling the remaining women's subscription for you. If you need any other help or have further questions about either account, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help. -Birchbox Customer Connections
I ordered extras in my box. I needed my box by a certain date. The original shipment confirmation said I would receive it before that date, so I wasn't worried. At least respond or if you realize that it wasn't shipped when you said it would be - overnight it. That would be good customer service. Somebody dropped the ball and isn't owning up to it! I have had other issues with companies that when they realize they didn't ship my package they overnight-ed it at no cost. At lest respond to emails!

Every month waiting over a week for reply to emails regarding boxes being damaged or missing goods. Ordered from the shop on 22nd Aug, now on 6th September.. Still not received my item!!!! Worst customer service I've EVER received.

Customer services simply don't reply to emails, Facebook messages or answer either of their phone numbers. Orders aren't being sent out and hundreds of people were double billed on their subscriptions at the beginning of the month. Trying to cancel your subscription is impossible, you can try but they'll still bill you after. This smacks of a company going down the pan. A cursory web search shows birch box staff have been laid off and the Canadian operation has shut down. Co founder Hayley Barna has bailed out of the company and the other founder Katia Beauchamp is swanning around Greece on private beaches and plugging other businesses rather than concentrating on her own. Nice! Take your money elsewhere, this company is undeserving.

Thought I would try the 2 for 1 offer. Code didn't work so tried to contact someone via their site and Facebook. Couldn't reach a living soul. Don't bother.
