Birchbox is awesome! I spend so much money on beauty products it's worth the money to sample them before committing. However, I do wish I could choose maybe 2-3 of the samples each month rather than 1. Sometimes the items I get aren't things I would use (ex: purple lipstick). But the points are great to use toward a purchase and it's nice to be rewarded for reviewing a product!

Birchbox has the best customer service by far. I always receive an almost immediate response, and they never hesitate to correct any issues. Of course, I have rarely even had an issue, and when I have they have been minor. I love their boxes, products, and customer rewards. It's obvious that they care a lot about their customers.

I'm obsessed with Birchbox! getting the box is like a little present for me every month. I have found multiple life changing beauty products through their samples. Birchbox also has the best customer service. They always give extra points when something goes wrong with one of the orders.

the subscription service is a great value at $10 a month. I've found many favorite products in my new adventures in the world of beauty and skincare, etc. I've had a few random issues with shipping and product damage, but the team at Birchbox always handles these with professionalism and kindness. I've recommended Birchbox to friends and will continue to do so!

I love that I get to try all types of products without making a huge commitment. The trial size gives me a great view for an opinion.

i get super excited when my email says my birch box has shipped:))) and when i open the mail box its like christmas every month. I always get samples that i would use or at least try and i have had to buy full size on my loves:)
