I look forward to receiving my Birchbox every month. Always great samples and ordering full-size products is a breeze, often products not found elsewhere. The app is flawless and they frequently offer reasonable discount codes or extra bonus points with purchase.

I am a three-year subscriber and I truly feel that the $10 I pay is the best, most fun and productive way I spend my fun money. I find something to love in every box. I love the anticipation, I haven't been this excited about getting mail since I was a little kid. Almost all of my beauty and hair essentials have been chosen after getting amazing samples. Not only do I recommend birchbox to anyone, but I frequently buy subscriptions as gifts. I love it!!

It started great, I love getting my box every month. It's my self pampering, and I enjoy it. But the last few boxes have been disastrous, and I'm Disappointed. The customer service center is excellent, swift, prompt, and informative. And they always go above and beyond to make the situation right. I understand, the samples are just that, samples, but I enjoy the sense of self indulgence that goes along with this experience.

Birchbox is phenomenal. From their customer service, who will help in any way they can (and actually seem like they care), from their business mission (to empower consumers), Birchbox is my favorite company to do business with. I would, and do, recommend Birchbox to anyone who will listen.

Great selection, outstanding customer service. What's not to love!

Once upon a time, like in a reverse fairy tale, I love birchbox. It had great customer service, great product tailored to my selections and the ability to contact birchbox was great. Then it all went nasty and the products are meh, one of out 5 is good or NONE out of 5. They sent the wrong box and tell you choose it when you prove that nope you didn't. Sadly with the amount of money I spent, my yearly as well as my husband and my sons men's boxes I am going to have to re evaluate if this is the right subscription for us still. Year one was great, year two not so great
