I've been a birchbox monthly subscriber for about 2 years. I love it and recommend it to others every chance I get. I've also bought a few full size products. I love the free shipping on items that have been sent out as samples and earning points toward future purchases is easy. Overall, a great service.

I like birchbox. Customer service is fast and friendly, I love the reward program, and I love following on social media. There are a few things I think could be done better, but nothing to gripe about. I'm a bb advocate and constantly suggest it to friends and family.

Honestly I was hesitant to join Birchbox but I am so glad that I finally did. I work from home so it is very easy to fall into the trap of not putting on makeup or feeling good about yourself. Since joining Birchbox I have wanted to try new things and get back into feeling good about myself again.
