BirchboxReviews of birchbox.com

I have really enjoyed the Birchbox subscription service. It is fun and affordable. You get to try all sorts of products and customize your box. I have found several new great products I never would have found without this. They offer free shipping on a lot of items and you get points on purchases to use towards more products.

Easy to use system. I love getting great quality little samples every month. Only downside was I attempted to apply my points earned from purchases and reviews on a recent purchase. One click too far and I couldn't go back. I attempted to reach out via live chat and never heard from a representative to try and right the situation. Oh well. I hope I can apply the credit towards a future purchase.

I'm really enjoying my Birchbox experience. They have introduced me to a lot of new products that make me feel great about my skin. My only complaint is that the boxes aren't very customizable. I don't use perfume or hair styling products, yet I receive them regularly.

I love birchbox its like my birthday once a month. I love the variety of products and I have gotten to try a huge variety of brands. The only thing that could improve my monthly box would be if it was a little more customable . I really do buy the products I love and I have been looking for a Holy Grail mascara for 2 years and I would love to receive a new one each month until I found it. It would e the same for eye cream foundation face wash ect. ......or have more travel sizes for sale to sample till you find what you love. Other then that I am a huge fan

I ordered an item that turned out to be out of stock, that was disappointing. I wish it had shown up as out of stock when I placed the order. I was offered 10% off a future order but it had to be placed in 30 days and I had just ordered everything I wanted on the first order.

This is the first sample service I've tried and I've stuck with them. The price is reasonable and you earn redeemable points for actual products. I enjoy the sale promotions that are frequently run. It all adds more bang to my buck. One thing that did bother me is that every time I get a lipstick it comes broken, both from sample and full size sides. I may stick with Sephora for that, but otherwise I am happy. I've found some keepers here.

Jen gave me the BEST customer service EVER! One of the items I bought arrived broken and she got a new one sent to me right away. Right before I got it, she emailed me saying there had been a typo and that she'd sent me a replacement for the wrong item but that I could keep that and the right one was on its way. Both got here really quickly and I couldn't be happier.

As someone who values discovering new and better beauty/lifestyle/health products, I have really enjoyed Birchbox. There are many products I first sampled through my monthly subscription that I now use regularly. I would not have known they existed, or not had an opportunity to test how satisfied I would be with them, were it not for Birchbox. They also have a fabulous loyalty program and it's easy to get the full-size versions of the products I love. Excellent!
