Bike ordered arrived promptly and as described. Front disc brake was bent and needed replacement. Regrettably no way to contact customer service so had to order part from other source on my own. Other than that bike works well.

Great value for the price. This is my 5th bike from Bikes Direct. And I will likely buy from them again. I just can't find a comparable bike for the same price.

Actually, the experience was routine. Nothing bad. Nothing out of the ordinary. Regrettably, the bike I bought is very, very low quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

Shipping was quick. I struggled putting it together and there was not any instructions. But they do have demonstration videos.
