In 2019 I bought an e-bike from Bikes Direct. I am still riding that bike today. This year I looked around for a used e-bike for my second home. I decided I still couldn't find a better value than a new same model e-bike from Bikes Direct. And at the exact same price as in 2019, $1,699. The new bike arrived with a defective kick stand. I sent a picture to Bikes Direct, and Larry in customer service immediately sent a replacement. Yes, I am a happy customer, Thank You!

Free and fast delivery, high quality and great looking Gravity 24 speed bike.

I have purchased three bikes from Bikes Direct and all transactions have been GREAT! Additionally they have now helped me a couple of times with other needs related to these bikes and the customer service has also been GREAT! I really appreciate their efficiency, accuracy and willingness to help. Their customer service is some of the BEST I have ever experienced!

First off I have ordered bikes from BikesDirect several times now as well as other friends and we all have had great experiences. This order was for a Zilla AL Pro which I didn't see first time through website so sent a message to them. They replied quickly with options that covered what I wanted. I was looking for a road/gravel bike with the ability for touring and so HAPPY with the results. The bike is beautiful and after several rides on it, I LOVE IT! Thank you Bikes Direct for another great bike at an amazing price. Courtney & Larry did a great job helping me!

Excellent product at a good price. No surprises. Recommend.

Got a GREAT bike for a great price. Bikesdirect offers helpful videos and FAQs for assembly, which was intimidating to me at first, but was really pretty easy once I got into it. Shipping was fast, and the tracking was accurate. This will be where I buy any future bikes.

I needed a replacement pivot bolt for my Motobecane Hal Boost so I contacted Bikes Direct through email. Larry was prompt to reply and help me get squared away. He even threw in a little gift with my order. Thanks again Larry!

I needed a part for a bike I bought from Bikesdirect.com many years ago. The part was shipped quickly and and the service and communication was excellent!
