My husband purchased this for our 10 year anniversary. I absolutely love it. The packaging was beautiful and the message was beautiful. Both being perfect for such a beautiful necklace. Customer service is phenomenal. I’m so happy with my gift.

My wife loves the necklace I ordered for her, and the quality is very nice and being able to add engravings makes it have an even more personal touch. She couldn't do anything but smile when she got it.

I placed my order as a gift for an exciting product which I never come across before (engraved pendant with a rose and message), the product arrived well-packaged, in a lovely presentation box. However, I managed to order the incorrect colour which led me to communicate with Kaan and the team, who went through my order process, with the fault being mine, which I acknowledged. Still, the team at Beyond Love made an extra effort to put it all right for me, making my case feel so special, which I have never experienced with any other company.
