Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Kind regards, Beyond Love
My original necklace for my girlfriend broke. I emailed them and they got back to me as soon as possible, they offered me a full replacement without me having to enter any of my information again. Rest assured they will have your back, and no, this comment is not fake. The team does so much to make it up to the customer. 1000% recommend.

Hi there, thank you so much for your feedback. We are looking forward to having you as a customer again in the future. Kind regards, Beyond Love
Beyond Love earned my five star rating. I don’t do five star reviews unless I believe in the company. I admit that I had an issue with one item I received. It was too late to reorder, so after submitting a photo showing the error, they graciously gave me a full refund on the item. The shipping time was what I expected (approximately two weeks). They were prompt to respond to my emails and take care of the issue. During my several correspondences with the company they expressed a strong desire to do better in the areas in which they had previously had problems. They were and are diligently working to make quality control, faster shipments and customer service top notch. Any company who admits there is an issue (whether quality, shipping or whatever) and is actively trying to correct it, deserves a great review and future purchases. The items I have purchased (as gifts) are just beautiful and excellent quality. I will be ordering more from them, because all companies have growing pains and as long as they are working to improve, I will support them by being a faithful customer.

I ordered a gift for my love and I still have not received it yet! I tried to track my order but it's saying my item is NOT FOUND! I've been waiting for weeks and they HAVE NOT sent a message to me notifying me that my purchase has even been sent! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND; OR MY GIFT SENT WITH A DISCOUNT. I even tried calling and get NO ANSWER IT RESPONSE.

They will lie to you and feed you bs!!!!! Save your money order from a reputable place like Amazon etc, this place will say anything to get your money!!! Ps: if you’re ordering as a gift, don’t hold your breath, you better order 2 months ahead of time and maybe you’ll get it in time if ever at at all!! Haha
