We’re truly sorry for how stressful this situation was and for the frustration it caused, especially during such an important time of year. We understand how upsetting it can be when a gift doesn’t arrive as expected, and we regret the distress this created. We’d like to clarify that the order was delivered in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during transit, which is something we take very seriously. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we issued a full refund for the affected item and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. We’re sorry that communication felt delayed at any point — this was never our intention. We always aim to support our customers and resolve issues as quickly and fairly as possible. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are truly sorry that it did not meet expectations. Our goal is always to provide meaningful gifts and dependable service, and we regret falling short in this instance.
