Went for covid test was seen and had results in timely manner.Staff friendly

I have an awful ear infection and i went in the and the lady who was my doctor said she "didnt see anything wrong". my ear is internally swollen and i cant hear out of it and all she said was i dont see anything wrong. Luckily, the place was very clean and comfy looking so they get two stars but up your staff people 😪

I was the last patient of the day.... I was happy to get in to get my Covid 19 Rapid Test. But it was evident they wanted to go home. Did not take my weight or height.... asked me instead. Took a poor blood pressure reading due to not having me take my arm out of a top that was too tight! Explained the high reading to me as due to my clothing BUT did not want to take a second accurate reading. Would not go back there....

The front desk staff was welcoming, patient, and informative. Short wait time before being seen. Clean and safe environment. Health staff cared and listened to stated symptoms and gave best treatment options. Overall good experience.
