Very helpful!! I had been attacked by a belligerent hoverboard and came in 30 minutes before closing time. They were able to X-ray my arm, diagnose a break, and get me splinted up with a great attitude, even though they had to stay late!!

I went in for a COVID test. The 2 women administering the test were very sweet. The lady at reception was rude and not helpful. She had an attitude and spoke to me like I was stupid. If it was not for my husbands job requiring us to go there, we definitely would have chosen a different office to visit. We don’t plan on ever returning.

I love BetterMed and more specifically the Mechanicsville location. Their staff is always kind, patient, and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Even when busy there is minimal wait time and if an issue does arise they are quick to communicate it. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else for your urgent care needs.
