Quick, friendly, efficient

Above average for urgent care. Actually to be honest wish I just would’ve skipped my teleheath visit with my doc’s office & came straight here, since I was encouraged to come here anyways. Checkin process alittle frustrating, however understandable due to covid but being prompted to fill out & upload insurance info online & then it not work & tech has to come to the care to get the card seemed counterproductive. Staff seemed professional & knowledgeable, however I did have to ask the intake nurse about my vitals, she took then but did not make me aware of what they were. Staff treated me with dignity & respect.

Very pleased with intake and professionalism with the staff. However, it’s been 2 weeks without any communications about my covid test results. I have called back multiple times. No one answers and the voicemail box for the “test result” line per their menu options has been full. I’m assuming I’m covid negative but have yet to find anyone to confirm this.

The registrar was friendly and tried to be helpful. I was charged $50.00 to be told, by the NP that I needed to go to the emergency room. No test run, equipment used, and visit was about 3 mins. I would greatly like a refund for sending me on.
