Fast, efficient, and extremely friendly.

I fell and needed stitches. I walked into better MEd without an appointment and was seen quickly. My knee was stitched efficiently by the medical staff and had me done in no time. Very impressed with the whole team.

They were very nice, but didn't feel they knew the situation with my foot. My foot was hurt at work and I feel like it was down played because of workman's comp. A week later went back for the check up. All they did was ask me if I could go back to work. I said yes, which was a mistake. They Just looked at at my foot, that was it, and released me to go back to work even though I told them I was having my foot amputated in 2 weeks. Didn't ask anything about that, just sent me back to work. I would not go there again.

I came in - sick as I've ever been. I was treated as quickly as possible- to determine I had COVID. From the Receptionist to the nurse - they were thorough and the P.A. delivered the news that I was possible. It was like he stayed with me to make sure I was going to be OK. Shortly thereafter, I developed a sinus infection. My P.A. called in the right med - it started working right away. I was very pleased with my visit to BetterMed - Ashland, VA.
